For those families enrolled for the 2018-19 school year:

We have your application and enrollment form on file.

Please mail your first payment, due by July 10th, 3501 Broadway, SATX 78209. You can also come in to the school during either of our morning summer sessions (June 4 – 15, or July 9 or 10) to make a credit card payment. Please remember that once paid, your July payments are non-refundable or transferable, no exceptions. If circumstances have changed and you are not able to send your child to The Acorn, please let us know immediately.

Here is a link to forms for the 2018-19 school year. Please download, print, complete and deliver all forms to The Acorn by July 10th. Texas Childcare Licensing and the State Health Department require that a child have their completed forms on file with the school in order to participate in the program.

Head Teachers will be calling in early August to set a date for your home visit. If you will be traveling during this time, please call the school office and let us know, so the teachers can get in touch with you at a convenient time. Also, if you move over the summer, please make sure we have your updated address.

Additional information and forms to complete your child’s file will be available on the website in August; We will email you when these are  posted, so you can have it all completed before your home visit.
